A smartphone screen displaying the MoodMission app interface, asking the user how they're currently feeling. Text above reads: "Use MoodMission when you are feeling low or anxious".

Tell MoodMission how you’re feeling, and it will give you a tailored list of five short, evidence-based activities (or ‘Missions’) rooted in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to help you feel better right away.

Note: The app is free to download, but requires payment of the subscription fee to use ($7.99 for 3 months or $19.99 for 12 months).

What a young person says:

Gives you lots of tasks to do based on your moods. It's not overly complicated, and I like the achievements based on how many missions you do. It did take a while to set up, and there aren’t many resources in the app itself.

What a professional says:

Simple and elegant design. Loved the inclusion of the scientific theory behind each mission. It is text heavy, so if you’re not a big reader, it may be trickier to engage with it.
