Other places to find eating disorder help
A good first step when seeking eating disorder support is speaking with your GP. They will be able to help you access any services you may need, as well as support you in your recovery. If you don’t want to speak with a GP or an eating disorder support service, consider reaching out to a counsellor or a peer support service like ReachOut PeerChat.
